Purpose

This policy sets out what you may and may not do when using the ZIVOX website, submitting information through our forms, or using our services including Culter AI.

Permitted use

You may use this website to learn about ZIVOX, contact us, submit legitimate enquiries and applications, and use our services for lawful business or personal purposes in accordance with the terms of your engagement.

Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Break the law or facilitate unlawful activity in any way.
• Attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems, data or restricted areas.
• Probe or attack the site — including scanning, penetration testing without permission, or exploiting vulnerabilities.
• Disrupt availability — including denial-of-service attempts, or automated flooding of our forms.
• Submit malicious content — viruses, worms, malware or code designed to damage or intrude.
• Abuse the forms — spam, bulk automated submissions, or impersonating another person or organisation.
• Submit harmful material — content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that promotes violence.
• Infringe rights — uploading or submitting material you do not have the right to use.
• Violate privacy — submitting another person's personal information without lawful basis or their consent.
• Scrape or harvest — extracting data or contact details by automated means.
• Misuse AI features — generating content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or intended to cause harm.
• Circumvent safeguards — bypassing access controls, rate limits, quotas or validation.

Additional rules for AI features

When using Culter AI or any AI-assisted feature, you must not:

• generate content designed to deceive or impersonate a real person;
• generate content that infringes copyright;
• use output to make automated high-impact decisions about individuals without meaningful human review;
• input personal data about other people without a lawful basis;
• present AI output as verified fact without review.

You remain responsible for everything you do with the output.

Security testing

We welcome responsible disclosure of security vulnerabilities. Please do not test against live systems without written permission — contact support@zivox.co.in first, and we will agree reasonable scope and timing. Do not access, modify or exfiltrate data that is not yours.

Consequences of misuse

Where we reasonably believe you have breached this policy we may take proportionate action, which can include:

• removing or refusing to process content;
• suspending or terminating access to services;
• cancelling an engagement;
• reporting the matter to law enforcement where appropriate;
• taking legal action to protect our rights and systems.

Where practical, we will tell you the reason. We are not obliged to give notice where doing so would risk harm to our systems or others.

Reporting misuse

Report abuse of our website or services to support@zivox.co.in or via our Report an Issue form.

Changes

We may update this policy as our services evolve. The review date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
