ZIVOX intellectual property

The ZIVOX name, logo and brand assets, together with the design, structure, source code and written content of this website, are the intellectual property of ZIVOX and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and design law.

No permission is granted to use the ZIVOX name or logo in a way that suggests a partnership, endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.

Permitted use of this website

You may view, download and print pages from this website for your own reference, and share links to its pages. You may not:

• republish or redistribute substantial parts of the content, in any medium, without written permission;
• copy the site design or code to create a substantially similar website;
• remove or alter copyright, trademark or attribution notices;
• use the content for training machine-learning models or building competing products.

Short quotations with clear attribution and a link to the source are welcome.

Client deliverables

Ownership of deliverables we produce for a client is set out in the applicable engagement agreement. Unless the agreement states otherwise, our standard position is:

• Final approved deliverables created specifically for the client transfer to the client on full payment.
• Underlying tools, internal frameworks and generic components remain the intellectual property of ZIVOX, and the client receives a licence to use them as part of the deliverable.
• Third-party assets remain subject to their own licences, which are identified in the handover.
• Pre-existing materials supplied by the client remain the client's property.

Client-supplied material

When you provide text, images, logos, data or other material to us, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that our use as instructed will not infringe anyone else's rights. You are responsible for any third-party claim arising from material you supplied. Where we source licensed assets on your behalf, the licence terms are recorded in the handover documentation.

Portfolio and promotional use

We may reference a completed project in general terms. We do not publish client names, logos, screenshots or confidential project detail without written permission. If you prefer that a project is not referenced at all, tell us and we will exclude it.

Reporting infringement

If you believe content on this website infringes your intellectual property rights, email info@zivox.co.in with:

• identification of the protected work you own;
• the exact URL and description of the allegedly infringing material;
• your contact details;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised;
• a statement that the information in your notice is accurate;
• your physical or electronic signature.

We review valid notices promptly and will remove or disable access where appropriate.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe the removal was mistaken, you may submit a counter-notice with equivalent information and an explanation. We will review it and may restore the material where appropriate.

Repeat infringement

We may restrict access to users who repeatedly submit infringing material through our website or services.
