Definitions

"ZIVOX" means ZIVOX, operating from Bapudham Chandrahiy, Motihari, Bihar, India. "Website" means the ZIVOX site. "Services" means the design, development, marketing, automation, software and related services we provide. "You" means the visitor or client.

Where we are liable for services, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
