We process the minimum information needed to operate Culter AI. We do not sell your data. You can request a copy of your data, ask for correction, or ask for deletion.
1. What Culter AI processes

2. What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
- We do not use your submitted content to train public models without your explicit consent.
- We do not collect personal information that a feature does not require.
- We do not share your content with third parties except as needed to operate the service, and then only under appropriate confidentiality.
3. AI processing and your responsibility
Culter AI uses machine-learning models to generate travel plans, recommendations and explanations. This means:
- Output may be inaccurate. AI-generated travel information can contain errors or outdated detail. Always verify opening hours, prices, routes and travel requirements with an official source before relying on them.
- Output is a draft. You are responsible for checking anything you act on or publish.
- Do not submit sensitive information. Avoid entering identity documents, payment details, health information or anything you would not want processed by a machine-learning system.
- Do not use it for safety-critical decisions. Culter AI is not a substitute for official travel advisories, emergency services or professional advice.
4. Third-party processing
Operating an AI service requires infrastructure and model providers. Where processing is carried out by a third party, we select providers that offer appropriate contractual protections and we limit the data transferred to what is necessary for the requested function. A current list of processing partners is available on request via the Data Request form.
5. Security
- Access to Culter AI systems is restricted and authenticated.
- Data in transit is encrypted.
- Access controls are applied so personnel only reach data needed for their role.
- Security measures are reviewed and updated as the service develops.
6. Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, a portable copy, or withdrawal of consent at any time. Use the Data Request form and we will respond within the period required by applicable Indian data-protection law.
7. Age requirement
Culter AI is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly process data of children. If you believe a child has used the service, contact us and we will address it promptly.
8. Changes to this notice
As the product develops, data handling may change. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated revision date, and significant changes will be communicated to account holders.
